Financial & Legal Services: Temporary change of address

Some of the Financial & Legal Services offices on the 2nd floor of the All Saints building are to be refurbished during the summer, with work commencing from this Friday 1st July 2016. We will update you when the work has been completed with details of the new arrangements.

During the refurbishment, the following Departments will be relocated to the 5th floor of the Business School from Monday 4th July until the refurbishment is complete. Room 209 on the second Floor of the All Saints building will be inaccessible during the summer.

  • Accounts Payable (Manager- Ged Nolan)
  • Procurement Department (Manager- Rheanne Jackson)
  • RKE Accounting Support (Manager- Sunil Shekar)
  • Systems, Development & Support Team (Head of Department – Andy Hollingworth)
  • Taxation Section (Manager – Mark Smith)

 All other Financial and Legal Services Departments will remain on the 2nd Floor, All Saints.

Communication may be disrupted slightly on Monday 4th  July, due to the relocation and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. To ensure disruption to service is kept to a minimum, all of the above teams will be contactable via the usual telephone numbers and email addresses during this time, and there is no planned ‘unavailability’ time.
