Call for participants – Vitamin D deficiency in ethnic minority groups

Vitamin D deficiency is still a big issue existing in the UK especially amongst ethnic minority groups.

The vitamin is not only important for bone health, but it could also lead to increase the risk of non-skeletal diseases such as cancer and diabetes.

If you are from ethnic minority group and do not regularly take a vitamin D supplement, you could be at risk due to the lack of sunlight in the UK.

Researchers are looking for adults from ethnic minority groups, aged between 18 to 50 years old, to be part of a doctoral study and check your vitamin D levels.
