If you’re looking for a lifestyle overhaul in a structured supportive environment we have the right thing for you. Our HealthyU camps give you the opportunity to take part in a structured eight-week fitness, nutrition and well-being programme.
Designed to help you develop your knowledge of healthy eating and living, our HealthyU camps combine regular fitness sessions with nutrition classes and weekly information sheets.

If you’re looking for structured fitness without the usual cost, MMU-Fit provides the personal training experience without the expense. Our eight-week programme gives you the opportunity to train with like-minded, supportive people in a friendly environment.
Whether you want to lose weight with the help of our simple healthy eating plan, or just tone up, this programme is so convenient for staff, with two campus sessions every week starting at 5:15, there is plenty of time to get across after the working day.
