This is a reminder for all members of staff who are eligible for progression into this year’s Contribution Zone and their managers who are conducting Contribution Planning Assessments (CPAs).
The deadline for staff applications is 4pm on 25 November 2016.
The deadline for manager’s comments is 4pm on 21 December 2016.
All staff that are eligible to apply for 2016 have been contacted by email (from firstname.lastname@example.org) or by post to home address.
A number of resources are available to explain the Contribution Zone application process in further detail and are all available on the HR website under HR Documents, Forms & Templates. Click on the Guidance, Procedures & Handbooks tab, Contribution Zone Scheme Guidance Notes, and then Resources to view additional information. If you require any assistance in accessing this information, please let us know.
Please note – staff must have a CPA discussion with the appropriate manager, prior to submitting their application. Staff should forward their completed application to the contribution zone email inbox by the 25th November 2016, copying in the manager that they had the CPA discussion with.
Managers must then complete the manager comments form, which is available HR Documents, Forms & Templates, and submit it to the contribution zone email inbox, by the 21st December 2016.
