Designed to help you feel fitter, more energised and inspired, our HealthyU camps provide a structured eight-week fitness, nutrition and lifestyle programme. Delivered by MMU Sport, with expertise from MetMunch and MMUFit, HealthyU aims to help you develop your knowledge of healthy eating and living by combining regular fitness sessions with nutrition classes.
MMUFit – Group Personal Training
We are delighted to announce that MMUFit sessions are back, and here to stay!
The sessions are designed to help you tone up, increase your energy and reduce your stress levels . MMUFit delivers a structured eight-week fitness and lifestyle programme in a social and encouraging environment.

Staff only Activity –starts back week commencing 16th January
Our main timetable is open to staff but you told us you like staff only sessions so we’ve created our staff-only timetable. Whether it’s taking a break from your desk to go on one of our Wednesday walks or taking out the day’s stress with a bit of badminton at Brooks, we have lots on offer.
As the weather starts to look up (fingers crossed) get out in the great outdoors and make new friends at the same time. We have a series of monthly hill walks taking place, offering a range of grades to suit all abilities. Hub advisor, Kate says ‘I’m really pleased I did this and got to meet some lovely folks. I need to get out more and more active so it’s the perfect combination!’
