Faculty Fest – a celebration of arts and humanities students’ work

SAVE THE DATE: THURSDAY AND FRIDAY MARCH 16 AND 17

We would like to invite you to our Faculty Fest 2017 – a celebration of student work across the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.

The festival will take place over two days, with a launch event on the Thursday. The launch will begin at 5pm in Geoffrey Manton, with live poetry from Mike Gary, along with a fashion catwalk in the Courtyard at Righton, followed by a student film screening in Benzie, Manchester School of Art. Wine and canapes will be provided in each building, and the launch should last an hour and a half.

On Friday, there will be themed events with guest speakers. The student work will be showcased throughout the festival. There will be an external presence at the festival, with people from outside the University coming to engage with the students and their work.

This is a great opportunity to see what work is being produced within the Faculty, and we would appreciate you coming along to support the students and their projects. If you have any questions about the festival, please contact Aimee Plumbley.
