A range of events are being held in The Union on March 2 as part of the MMU Mind Festival marking University Mental Health Day.

The aim is to inspire, educate and motivate students as well as bringing together university and community partners to create a hub of discussion and fun.

Organisers have arranged a programme of workshops and activities throughout the day that culminates in an evening panel discussion with three mental health and wellness experts.

Students, staff and community members can get free ticket for the evening panel discussion through Eventbrite.
