The 2017 Staff Survey will give you an opportunity to tell us how you feel about working at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Everyone’s contribution makes a difference and your feedback will help to shape the implementation of the University strategy. You are encouraged to be open about what you think we do well and what we might do better.
The survey is being run by an external organisation, ORC, who will collate and report responses. Your individual views will remain strictly anonymous; neither ORC nor the University will be able to link responses to individuals.
From Monday 6th March, you will receive an email directly from ORC containing a link to the survey. The survey will remain open for four weeks and should take no longer than twenty minutes to complete. Staff who do not have routine access to a computer will receive a paper copy of the survey.
Once the survey has closed, ORC will collate, analyse and report your responses. Major themes emerging from the survey will be fed back to you by the end of July at the latest, together with action plans following discussions with team leaders.
Wherever possible we will address areas of concern, and in areas where we are doing well, we will look at how we can share best practice.
