Enjoy private view of crafting collective’s work at studio for graduates

We hope you can join us for our PRIVATE VIEW of Public Disengagement on Friday March 31st between 6pm and 8pm at Marketplace Studios, Stockport.

The exhibition is of the work of Makers Dozen, a group of 12 very different craftsmen and women who all produce work in different ways, within different disciplines. Making and researching together is integral to the collective’s development which centers around material exploration.

All are invited to share in a discussion around making, exploration and the works and ideas generated over the weeks.

It’s Foodie Friday in the Market Square so it’s an opportunity to join in with Stockport’s monthly street food event.

It’s also WEAR A HAT DAY for Brain Tumour Research and we are supporting the cause, especially as Stockport is the traditional Home of Hatting.

Guest are invited to sport a stylish headwear and make a donation to the cause. If you don’t own a hat, come and see the collections of our TWO resident milliners at Marketplace Studios!
