Students de-Stress and decorate at the Library

This week All Saints Library hosted a series of Revision Relief activities to support student health and wellbeing during exams.

Students made their own jewellery, took part in a Revision Rave, decorated the Chat Zone with origami lanterns and upcycled the Library’s old VHS boxes into giant dominoes.

Workshops were hosted by Unit X – Educator students from the School of Art and Manchester Children’s Book Festival. Feedback from Library users was excellent – “A great way to de-stress and free your thoughts” – with particular emphasis on students enjoying meeting, speaking with and learning from students from other faculties.

Thank you to the students and staff of Unit X and Manchester Children’s Book Festival for supporting the events. The Library plan to continue offering health and wellbeing activities to our students and staff in the future.
