Exams are over and so is the busiest month in the Library calendar.
127,579 people visited All Saints and Crewe Library in May, with 112,294 visits to All Saints Library in the first three weeks alone. That’s over 37,000 visits a week for three weeks in a row, or the equivalent of every student at Manchester Met coming in once a week!
The Library was proactive in managing the flow of students every day, updating social media with live occupancy updates, taking over the University Snapchat account to direct students towards other study spaces on campus, and offering fun break activities with daily student-led Revision Relief arts and craft events. We also rolled out a whiteboard when we were really busy, courtesy of our resident artist, Phil.
Thank you to everyone at the Library for their hard work in supporting our students during this key time.
