The University will be moving to a new online system called ‘Barclaycard Spend Management’.
This will replace the current paper based process, for completing monthly purchasing card transaction logs.
The new system will reduce inefficiencies and provide the University with more detailed and useful spend data.
This change will affect any current Cardholders (anyone who completes transaction logs) as well as any current Authorising Officers (anyone who authorises transaction logs). It is proposed to have the new system operational for the August 2017 purchasing card transactions.
Training sessions, information packs and support will be offered to all Users before we go live.
