The MMUFit programme gives you the experience of personal training in a supportive, group environment over an eight-week programme.
What will you get out of the programme?
You will train with like-minded people in a supportive environment and receive expert advice on living a healthy lifestyle. The sessions take place at a convenient place and time for staff based in Manchester, at the Sugden Sports Centre from 5.15pm to 6.15pm.
MMUFit will help you lose weight, keep it off, gain strength and build muscle – and will help boost your energy and confidence.
When does the programme start?
The new programme starts the week commencing March 12.
What does the programme include?
The programme offers two weekly sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings. At each session you will have the chance to discuss lifestyle advice with the instuctors.
