We are delighted to inform you that 63.7% of eligible final year undergraduate students have completed the National Student Survey (NSS) during our promotional campaign ‘Click it. Fill it. Win it.’, which ended at midnight on Wednesday, 28th February.
This exceeds our original target of 63% overall completions and in total, 4,316 students have taken the time to reflect on their experience at Manchester Metropolitan. This is the best response rate the University has ever achieved at this stage in the survey.
Thank you to all colleagues who helped inform and encourage our eligible final year undergraduate students to complete the NSS.
Students will still be able to take part in the NSS via mmu.ac.uk/nss until the survey ends on Monday, 30th April, but they will no longer be eligible for the prize draw.
Ipsos MORI (who conduct the survey) will also continue telephoning non-responding eligible students to remind them about the NSS until the survey ends on Monday, 30th April.
Once a student has either taken part in or opted out of the survey, no further contact will be made by Ipsos MORI. Please let your students know that they can opt out of the NSS at any time by visiting the survey website.
If you have any questions about the incentives and promotion of the NSS, please contact Sarah Starkey – firstname.lastname@example.org or on ext. 3499. For questions relating to any other aspect of the survey, please contact Ron Hamilton – R.Y.Hamilton@mmu.ac.uk or on ext. 1050.
We look forward to sharing the final NSS results with you over the coming months.
