Manchester Metropolitan University has partnered with the Students’ Union to develop a greater understanding of the issues around sexual consent, harassment and assault.
This has taken the form of a large-scale project, which has several initiatives that aim to stimulate positive change, help students to understand and practice consent and prevent sexual violence and harassment in our community.
As part of this project we are introducing a new training package which is now available on Moodle.
The course focuses on consent and healthy relationships in the form of a training. This aims to make it easier for students to understand their boundaries and support their friends! Use your @mmu.ac.uk/ @stu.mmu.ac.uk email address to register https://studying.epigeum.com and explore the course.
If you would like more information about how you can support the project and get students engaged in the training, contact the project manager Louise Jones firstname.lastname@example.org.
